Job Title: Expert IT Business Analyst

Job Description:

· Must have 10+ years of Experience

· Coordinate with the business processes, technical staff, contract staff and outside agencies regarding state and federal requirements for the system.

· Provide technical assistance to internal and external partners.

· Analyze existing and new business requirements to determine gaps and provide solutions.

· Develop system software testing strategies, scenarios, scripts and results matrices.

· Perform problem/defect analysis and testing of system functionality.

· Prepare reports, presentations, prepare issue and option papers and gather supporting documentation.

· Participate in the implementation of strategic initiatives and project planning.

· Facilitate and lead meetings.

· Monitor system outputs and report anomalies to the appropriate stakeholders and technical staff.

· Collaborate with functional and technical staff in determining root cause of system or job process failures.

· Lead and participate on teams in the planning, realization and deployment of projects and implementation support activities associated with implementations.

· Prepare reports, presentations, and issue and option papers.

· Commit to organizational goals, work unit objectives and project team activities by working with others to solve problems and make decisions.

· Configure Business roles and assigned required positions to the organizational model based on the project setup.

· Become involved in creating Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Transaction Types, various Item Categories. Determination of Text Profiles, Status Profiles and Date Profiles for various CRM Sales and Service Transactions.

· Work on Opportunity Management, Lead Management, Order Management, Service Contracts, Activity, Account Management and Master Data

· Configure Master data and basic functions: Business partners, Product, Organizational Model, Partner/Text/Date Determinations, Actions, Transaction Types, and Item Categories.

· Implement System applications and Product (SAP) best practices for the scenarios in Management, Leads and Opportunity Management, Contracts Management, Quotation Management.

· Gather requirements from Business Partners/Subject Matter Experts (SME)

· Conduct Joint Application Development (JAD) sessions with stakeholders.

· Conduct Impact and gap analysis on the business requirement.

· Involved in walkthroughs and meetings with development team to discuss related issues.

· Become involved in the creation and maintenance of the Workflow plans and artifacts.

· Conduct reverse engineering of the existing vendor system Business Technology Management (BTM) and developed the solution in-house for better integration with existing chase systems.

· Modify existing workflow to accommodate change request from the client.

· Update Impact and Trace Matrix.

· Use information gathered from the stakeholders; produce various artifacts such as use-case specifications, software requirements specifications, screen mock-ups, workflow, functional specification documents, use case diagrams and activity diagrams as per SDLC methodology

· Maintain ongoing communication with back-end developers ensuring that modifications and requirements were addressed in a time manner and monitored all revisions.

· Participate in functional and technical reviews.

· Work with QA team to design test strategy and test cases for User Acceptance Testing (UAT

· Liaise with technical, project management, SME, client teams and other Business Analysts spread across globally to assist in the development, testing and deployment of application.

· Conduct user interviews and JAD sessions, with client and development teams for requirement gathering Developed Use Case, Activity, Logical, Component and Deployment diagrams using Microsoft Visio and Rational Rose for assisting the development team and to have a good understanding of the requirements.

· Experience Required in Data Warehousing, Project Coordination, Documentation and Agile Processing Development on identifying claims, claim review, claim processing, and claim adjustments and addressing the processing problems

· Track both the outgoing/incoming claims test queries & responses.

· Develop and review, Integration Test Plan for integration of modules by using Rational Test Manager FACETS was used in the project to enhance the system efficiency and provide business solutions Identified and managed risks/issues by conducting routine system maintenance checks to evaluate the performance
