Ideally seeking a Business Analyst or Project Manager background but must have knowledge and experience with infrastructure projects. Does not need to be technical, rather just understand the infrastructure technologies.

The Infrastructure Delivery Lead expands on their extensive experience in project management with their technical knowledge of infrastructure components and architecture. This includes, but is not limited to Server (AIX & Windows), Database (SQL, Oracle, DB2), Middle tier (Weblogic & Websphere), Networking, Security (firewalls, Intrusion Protection, Identity and Access Mgmt, Cloud), Endpoint, Citrix, Packaging, Data Center Operations, and Production Control.

It is expected that the Infrastructure Delivery Lead utilizing the above knowledge will lead either business driven or IT driven initiatives from inception to maintenance. Building a highly collaborative cohesive team that embodies personnel from either all or part of the departments responsible for the above named components is critical to their success. As such, the Infrastructure Delivery Lead will have an engaging personality that is able to effectively negotiate the needs of the team and the needs of the business to provide a condensed and sustainable solution for the enterprise. The Infrastructure Delivery Lead must be able to interact with Executive Leadership to Frontline equally and often.

An Infrastructure Delivery Lead is also aware of the other initiatives impacting the enterprise and using this knowledge is able to prepare for potential impacts to their overseen initiative, opportunities for reduction of redundant efforts, and helping resolve front line employee utilization.

The Infrastructure Delivery Lead upon completing the primary scope of the initiative then provides to the departmental leaders the impact of the initiative including trailing costs of licenses, hardware, and personnel and time required to maintain so that departmental leaders can effectively budget for the coming years.

Core Knowledge:

Business Analysis and/or Project Management

Experience in IT Infrastructure: Including but not limited to: Server, Database, Middle tier, Network, Telecom, Microwave, Citrix, Application Packaging, Microsoft Office, SCCM, Data Center Management, IT Finance, NERC-CIP, Helpdesk, WAN, LAN, Firewalls, Identity and Access Management, Security Event Monitoring
ITIL Foundations or higher Capacity, Configuration, Availability, Incident, Problem, Change, SCMBA or Project Manager background but must have knowledge and experience with infrastructure projects. Does not need to be technical, rather just understand the infrastructure technologies.

Required/Desired Skills:

Bachelor Degree in IT or related discipline (Required)
Experience with Agile methodology (Nice to have)
PMP certification (Highly desired)
Infrastructure Leadership (Required)
