Web services both Restful and Soap Based is a must
Build tools like Maven, Ant Must.
Added advantage - if you have experience in IIB , Message broker , Mule soft , Oracle ESB , IBM BPM WAS, WebSphere, hybrid integration platform .Web services both Restful and Soap Based is a must LINUX knowledge, GIT repository and Web logic/Websphere application servers.
