Job Description :
This position is not a traditional project manager role.
Rather, that accountability for project delivery & execution, this role supports financial management, analytics, and executive reporting of such. They will be charged to support three to four portfolios through leading Project Managers on the financial aspects of forecasting, project set-up, financial processing on projects, management reporting, and management financial presentations*

Responsible for managing financials of Portfolio Financials of the Network and Infrastructure capital agenda.
Oversees project budgets and schedules/in-servicing.
Minimizes project and portfolio financial risk.
Creates and manages financial management reporting for Directors and Program Managers.
Trains and coaches project teams on financial processes.
Supports composition and presentation of executive updates and reports.
Leads reconciliation and variance reporting.

Additional Job Details:
This position will support Program Management and Directors in controlling Portfolio financials.
Accounting expertise, including month-end processing, accrual and invoice processing, and forecasting knowledge are required.
Ability to create reports and presentations through desktop tools, and provide executive support services to Delivery Directors.
Service oriented style with outstanding communication and organizational skills.
Familiarity in a PMO setting, and with Infrastructure work required.
Ability to assess and drive clarity and consistency to processes.
