About the Job:
This position is functional / configuration role on the ERP Projects team
(Primarily SAP but includes support for other systems that integrate with
SAP like SuccessFactors HCM, travel & expense, trade, plant printing, &
demand management software)
This is a highly analytical role with extensive interaction with business
units to understand their needs and to gather system requirements and
troubleshoot configuration issues.
Will customize / configure SAP modules which could include SD (Sales &
Distribution), MM (Materials Management) and/or PP (Production Planning)
Ideal candidate will have the ability or potential to lead small projects -
Defines objectives, identifies milestones and timelines; monitors
performance relative to the established project plans
Researches new development tools and technologies, recommending those which
will benefit the organization
Develops and implements detailed plans for unit, integration and system
testing in order to identify potential defects and minimizes problems within
the application after it is implemented
Integrates and interfaces package software solutions to existing software
applications, while providing information, documentation and guidance
necessary to transition-designed systems to the operations and support areas
Resolves problems and addresses client''s questions about designed programs
This role will require the team to travel to other plant locations (national
and international) as projects dictate.
Could be up to 25% travel during upgrades/special projects etc.
About the Ideal Candidate:
Bachelor''s degree required
A minimum of 3 years of experience supporting / configuring and/or
integrating SAP but will consider similar.
Knowledge of one or more of the following modules and/or business areas:
Sales & Distribution, Materials Management, Production Planning
Demonstrated skills in project management
Demonstrated time management and organizational skills
Demonstrated ability to explain technical concepts and systems operations in
a manner easily understood by business users
Salary and Benefits:
90K - 95K depending on skill level - target 10% bonus as well.
