Job Description:
SAP Materials Management (MM) Job Description: This position will focus on supporting SAP Material Management (MM) while understanding the integration and functionality of other modules and working with those in other support roles to resolve complex issues or build out future enhancement opportunities.
Responsibilities may include:
- Application support for SAP MM module
- Help Desk support
- System configuration
- Progress updates
- Functional integration testing
- Work closely with IT Business Partners to clarify functional specifications and fully understand customer requirements
- Functional specification development
- Participate and support project teams to define business requirements and understand business strategies to ensure project success and proper alignment of IT solutions
- Application training
- Actively participate in Phillips 66 Global Power User Networks
- Organize and pull together key resources to address and solve business issues. Key resources may come from any business unit and IT.
- Must be multi-functional with the ability to work on many assignments at the same time.
- Must be able to function in a diverse team environment with a calm open attitude.
- Be able to lead small or large teams for projects when called upon. This also includes developing and mentoring those on the team.
- Excellent communication skills to provide great customer service
