Job Description :
XenApp 6.5, XenApp 4.5, XenDesktop 7.9 and higher, Storefront, Netscaler Webinterface, Citrix Director.
Windows server and workstation OS(Server 2008, 2012, Windows 7, Windows 10)
Strong communication skills working with Citrix Vendor and other vendors. Will need to partner with other Infrastructure teams(network, server, desktop, support desk) when troubleshooting issues

Desirable;
ITIL Foundation certified

Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role;
Provide day to day operational support of Citrix environment including troubleshooting issues and maintaining health of system though monitoring
Maintain environment health from vulnerabiltiites
Provide environment health(performance, licences, etc) during high usage times of citrix use, example during a storm and emergency event.
Partner with LOB users to educate and provide support for onboarding environments.
