Job Title: Business Analyst With Salesforce CRM
Location: Columbus, GA
Duration : 6 Months

Description:

5-8 yrs. of experience as Business Analyst in Salesforce CRM.
Should have strong domain knowledge in CRM/Salesforce.
Work with functional leads to transform and develop new requirements into Salesforce.com design and implementation
Elicit requirements using document analysis, requirements workshops, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, task and workflow analysis
Work directly with and serve as the liaison between business units, technology teams and support teams
Familiarity with Salesforce.com Integration components for SFDC ( for example, SFDC APIs, Apex controllers, Apex Web Services, Apex callout, outbound messaging, and SFDC data loaders)
Should have strong communication skills.
Having Salesforce certification is an added advantage.
