Description of Tasks and Responsibilities

Develop, configure and implement integration solutions based on the TIBCO suite of products as well as the AOC suite of TIBCO-based Common Services, in collaboration with interface teams.

Conduct testing of new and existing TIBCO-based interfaces, including documentation of testing results.

Provide subject matter expertise in interface teams'' preparation of documentation for project lifecycle including, but not limited to: requirements, architecture and design documents, test plans, deployment and operational guides.

Troubleshoot and provide ongoing root cause analysis, programming and testing support for resolution of production issues.

Participate in technical assessments and reviews to validate the technical approach for systems integration for enterprise initiatives.

Provide maintenance and operations support for new and existing data exchange interfaces.
7
Identify items for application support.

Work with a hosting provider to support a hosted system.
9
Weekly and monthly status reports.
