Required:
Client is concluding a configuration and extension build phase of an Oracle eBusiness Suite (eBS) for Human Capital Management and a PeopleSoft (PS) Pension Administration module development Project known as OnePhilly. Included within this effort is Oracle’s Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE) and the Oracle Business Intelligence HR Analytics. Oracle’s User Productivity Kit (UPK) will be used for training and documentation. The purpose of this Project is to replace the City’s various mainframe and server based legacy systems. The client currently utilizes Oracle’s eBS HR and Advanced Benefits modules. The environment infrastructure and its associated disaster recovery site are hosted in off-premise datacenters managed by a vendor. Since Oracle eBS did not offer a Pension Administration software module, the client is integrating the PeopleSoft Pension Administration module with its eBS modules to effect data exchange.

The Project involves the following Oracle application software:

Oracle eBusiness Suite 12:
o Human Resources (HR), including Manager Self Service and Employee Self Service.

Interface development to connect PeopleSoft to Oracle eBS modules

Oracle User Productivity Kit (UPK)
Work Activities
Provide support of the Oracle eBS HR module including Manager and Employee Self-Service, coordination between members of the team and the client as needed.
Responsible for the design and configuration of any new features and functions based on approval from the Application Architect and/or the City’s Project Manager.
Responsible for testing the application prior to handing off to the business for final testing any changes.
Responsible for creating the appropriate test cases and scenarios to be used during testing for any change.
Responsible to assist City in testing application changes.
Responsible for client request analysis, ongoing support coordination, configuration changes and testing. This resource will work closely with the functional lead integrator/ERP Architect.
Responsible for gathering and documenting requirements from the business as needed for ongoing refinements.
Responsible for reviewing and refining all area related functional design documents.
Responsible for creating documentation that meets the City’s standards.

Skills/Experience REQUIRED of the assigned staff: Minimum of 5 Years of Experience
Familiarity with Program Development methodologies.
Knowledge and experience in the Oracle eBusiness Suite (eBS) modules of HR, Manager Self-Service, Employee Self-Service. Knowledge of other Oracle modules such as Advanced Benefits, and, Time and Labor and related application/infrastructure software needed to support the Oracle eBusiness HRMS Modules is strongly preferred.
Analysis skills.
Oracle eBusiness configuration and extension development/support skills.
Testing and documentation skills.
Ability to quickly review and understand the existing eBusiness application with focus on HR to be able to appropriately support and solve application errors and problems.
Experience in developing training content using Oracle’s User Productivity Kit is a plus.

Education:
Bachelor''s degree and at least 5 years of relevant industry experience.

Oracle eBS Certification
