Job Description:
Manages one or more non-technical projects within the constraints of scope, quality, time, and cost, to deliver specified requirements.
Responsibilities may include resource allocation and all phases of development life cycle (i.e. feasibility study, requirements, analysis, ROI, business plan, design testing, and implementation planning
Regularly interacts with management.
Coordinates and directs the activities of project team members.
Ensures all project requirements and/or objectives are documented. Generally has 2-5 years experience.

Key responsibilities include:
- Manages risks and resolves issues that affect release scope, schedule and quality
- Measures and monitor progress to ensure application releases are delivered on time and within budget, and that they meet or exceed expectations
- Conducts Release Readiness reviews, Milestone Reviews, and Business Go/No-Go reviews
- Lead and co-ordinate the Go-Live activities including the execution of the deployment plans and checklists
- Study the Capacity Report prior to Release Prioritization and follow up with Dev and Testing org if there is any gap in filled capacity
- Facilitate the Release Prioritization and Scoping efforts
- Conduct the weekly Release Status meeting and follow up on the action items
- Monitor and track the Change Controls, Risk and Issue process
- Create the Implementation Plan and support the activities on go live day
- Monitor and report the status of the Implementation shake out to all the stakeholders
- Manage the release warranties
- Work with the Communication Manager in finalizing the release communication plan
- Present the Release Notes (performance the release) to BA, Dev and QA Managers after the Release Implementation
- Publish the Release Dashboard and the Release SLA report weekly
Excellent Oral and written communication skills
Exp. with MS Visio, Project, Powerpoint
Will work with business teams
Insurance industry experience preferred.
