Job Description :
Provide technical leadership for Windows servers, features, and roles, including DHCP, DNS, WINS, IIS, DFS, and Active Directory, configuration and network performance.
Systems health, capacity planning, and log analysis.
Troubleshooting Active Directory performance, authentication, and replication issues.
Group policy management, including update and management of password policies, and CIS benchmarks.
Implementing low level delegation of access within Active Directory.
Maintain and support a secured and compliant PCI environment.
Understanding of Active Directory security audit data points and best practices for security settings.
Analysing and resolving problems related to access control, user administration, and operating level system security.
Federated Identity Management, Azure ADFS, and third-party federated services
Ensure alerts and monitoring are in place and responded to in a timely fashion.
Coordinate, participate in, and demonstrate disaster recovery tests for critical systems.
Create and maintain support documentation, asset inventory, and technical drawings of the enterprise infrastructure.
Ensure incident and change management processes are followed and impacted teams are communicated with appropriately
Relevant Microsoft certification(s) (e.g. MCSA, MCSE, MSITP: Enterprise or Server Administration) strongly desired.
Strong scripting ability, PowerShell and Powershell DSC a must
Continuous maintenance and improvement of automation & tools.
Will be required to develop, maintain and improve hooks/workflow between various tools/moving parts.
Work closely with the development, operations, QA, documentation and internal/external users.
Write & maintain scripts for customizing the tool set, build, deployment, maintenance and related tasks
