Experience with developing test scripts, job aids, FAQ documents, Quick Guides to sustain the training solutions,
Functionally knowledgeable in Learning Management System use, particularly PeopleSoft Enterprise Learning Management Module (ELM
Experience developing training packages for transaction processing applications Oracle User Productivity Experience (UPK
Experience specifying and setting up scenario-based business examples in a training environment (or working with a developer to facilitate the creation of the environment)
Provide technical support and fix bugs for Procure-to-Pay modules
Experience with PeopleTools, PeopleCode
Experience with PS Query
Experience with SQR
Application Engine and Application designer
Experience writing complex SQL scripts to resolve data issues
Experience with Crystal Reports
