Job Description :
Position includes A-Z of recruitment right from collecting the requirements from client(s), working with vendors for collecting profiles, finding profiles on own, scheduling and coordinating interviews, pre-screening and completing the joining formalities.

Position Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
Minimum of 3-4 years of technical recruiting experience.
Strong problem solving and decision making skills.
Proven time management and organizational skills; including the ability to prioritize and effectively manage multiple tasks with competing demands.
Ability to maintain confidentiality as tasks relate to Human Resource matters.
Ability to work independently, as well as in a team setting.
Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
Strong computer and software skills. High level of proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) and the internet.
Prior experience maintaining talent acquisition internet recruiting and using people-sourcing techniques.
