Tasacom Technologies is looking to hire a business development manager to meet the needs of our ambitious growth plans. We are looking for a professional BDM who has experience with information technology staffing and recruiting. Someone who is solutions-oriented, results-driven and an innovative thinker and will enrich both our pipeline and business opportunities.

Skills and Abilities:
A proven record in penetrating into new clients and interfacing with the existing client companies.
High energy and confident in building partnership with hiring managers, VP’s, Director of IT, CEO’s and CTO’s of companies
3 to 8 Years of experience in Business Development/ New Client Acquisition
Innovative problem solvers, analytical, organised, with good attention to detail and are able to manage multiple tasks
Proactive, self-motivated, and inquisitive with a desire to learn and grow in the role.
Highly organised and ability to multi-task.
History of quota attainment.
Able to set and meet sales targets in the most challenging of circumstances
Determination, persistence, and ability to add new clients nationwide

This job offers excellent salary, performance based commissions
