Job Title: Senior Data Architect (Test Data Mgmt Developer)

Test Data Mgmt. Developer Overview:
Leads technical projects, implementing Test Data Management practices across the enterprise for company standard Enterprise Data Management Tooling, including Archiving, Test Data Management and Decommissioning.

Major Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Follows the Data Management Lifecycle for assigned projects.
Suggests and recommends appropriate changes to department standards for use of the Enterprise Data Management Tool.
Suggests and recommends process improvement, supporting test data reuse, reduction of production systems data usage, and storage of data for decommissioned systems.
Contributes to ongoing review of the Enterprise Data Management Tool hardware and software environments.
Contributes to ongoing reviews of security, migration standards, and processes and alignment within a assigned project.
Reviews the production of the Enterprise Data Management Tool environment ensuring support and maintenance and consistent integration of patches and system software upgrades.

Education/Experience:
Requires Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science or Information Systems; minimum of 5 years’ experience in application development, database development in either mainframe or distributed systems platforms; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
Demonstrated experience with UNIX, Relational and/or Hierarchical database systems and SQL development.
Demonstrated experience with relational database design concepts.
Test Data Management Developer Specific Responsibilities.
The overall FEP Test Data Management strategy, planning and governance.
Primary/Immediate contact and support for resolution of issues impacting Test Data submission tool (EDI Extract Tool
Intake, input, recording of defects and testing of enhancements and other detected changes to Test Data submission tool (EDI Extract Tool
Test Data decommission/deletion for all non-prod environments – Mainframe (quarterly task) and distributed systems (when applicable
Report relevant activities and update Shared Services Environmental weekly notification communication.
Document and update system, process and procedures in connection with test data on SharePoint Shared Services TDM repository.
Address and service all Ad-Hoc test data requests from FEP teams for projects, initiatives or single requests applicable to non-prod environments.
Integration and collaboration with other FEP teams or FEP Project teams for: Test Data Provision, Test Data loading and Extraction, Test Data Mocking, Test Data Refreshing, Test Data Decommission and but not limited to:
Activities involving the creation of new test environments (non-prod environments) in support to new applications, company directed policies, mandates or any similar requisition(s
In general: The support of any activity, project or initiative involving test data for non-prod environments.
Skillset:
Deep knowledge/expertise in methodologies and frameworks supporting the SDLC development and implementation (Waterfall, Agile, Lean SDLC, etc.
Mainframe interface navigation proficiency (TSO & CICS) and flat file manipulation ability including VSAM file creation update and deletion or equivalent past experience coding on these platforms.
EDI process knowledge including 837 file format and its transmission procedure including FTP and other applicable transmission protocols.
SQL and/or equivalent query language(s) to navigate and create/edit queries and scripts for Oracle, SQL Server, Teradata and other distributed systems platform dB’s.
Excellent communication skills to build solid business relationships with various FEP teams and individuals directly affected by test data and TDM processes in FEP.
Project Management notions.
Analytic skills to resolve complex problems and suggest continuous improvement initiatives.
