Experience in RSA Archer administration and operational support on windows platforms in managing and maintaining a medium/large environment
Essential - RSA Archer administration – Day to day administration and operations of Archer platform. Manage data feeds, workflow & reports access etc.
Essential - RSA Archer - Hands on experience with operational support for (Install, configure, monitor and maintain server and operating system. Working experience on Installation, configuration and troubleshooting.
Essential - RSA Archer: Troubleshooting, Investigating operational problems and provide work around and resolution /remediation. Provide assistance to Archer development team regarding issues with Archer platform access and deployments. .
Essential - New application onboarding - Install, test and deploy new applications in Archer
Essential - Version upgrade - Participate in and support Archer version upgrades.
Essential - Expertise in WINS, DNS, DHCP & TCP/IP protocol suite and command line utilities
Essential - Exposure to MS – IIS configurations and troubleshooting, and command line utilities.
Essential - Provide technical support on Access issues and performance tuning
Essential - Performing scheduled maintenance activities such as security patching, backups etc as required.
Essential - Good understanding of working in distributed environment involving geographically located team and different time zones.
Essential - Good business writing skills and effective presentations skills.
Essential - Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Desirable - Experience with security concepts / exposure to security tools such as access management, regulatory compliance
Desirable - Experience and good knowledge & troubleshooting skills on MS Clusters
Desirable - Experience and exposure to VMware or similar tools with command line troubleshooting/configurations
