Location : Philadelphia, PA
Fulltime / Permanent Position
Skills and Requirements:
10+ years in management consulting.
10+ years in account/client management for projects at various sizes.
10+ years in BI technology and process skills with better than average understanding and experience with the following technology concepts: Oracle, Microsoft and SAP BI understanding (at least 2 of the 3)
BI database design and governance
ETL and data integration concepts
BI tools and platforms – multiple vendors
KPI/Metric concepts and management
Lead and Delivery expertise
Accepted BI best practice and methodology
Better than average project management/SDLC skills
Very strong written and oral communication skills
C-suite “savvy” – can speak and translate technology concepts to non-technical executives and managers
Strong proposal writing/RFP response skills
Multiple diagnostic and assessment engagements managed (various sizes and scopes)
Resource management skills
Experience in multiple industries
Additional specific requirements:
Strong project management skills
Strong management consulting background
High degree of knowledge and experience with strategic BI concepts and technology
Tableau/Hadoop and Pentaho experience would be a big plus.
Great oral and written communication skills
Excellent facilitation skills
EBS or other ERP project experience a plus
EPM/Hyperion experience a plus
Sales and Opportunity Development
Technical Sales support for new opportunities within area of expertise
Identify and nurture new opportunities at billing clients
RFP Response support in areas of expertise
Attend Industry conferences - sales and/or presentations participation
Intellectual Property
Contribution and Review of work done by full-time project resources at billing client
QA review of IP in areas of expertise (client agnostic)
Published white papers
