Job Description :
Responsibilities:
First line IT interface for IFS application support
Identify and/or implement changes, modifications, monitoring, and testing according to approved business requirements
Consult with internal customers to understand and document their needs, requirements, and specifications
Coordinate with IT organization to develop acceptable solutions for business needs.
Ability to represent and relay IT standards on projects.
Must possess leadership capability - ability to understand the motives and objectives of the Company, as well as communication/interpersonal skills to effectively carry out responsibilities and to develop and motivate others.
Ability to handle responsibilities with effective interpersonal skills and to effectively interface with others inside and outside the Company is required.
Stays current with changes in technology as well as changes within the Company. Uses this knowledge to recommend improvements in systems and procedures.\
Provide staff and users with assistance solving computer related problems, such as malfunctions and program problems.
Read manuals, periodicals, and technical reports to learn how to develop programs that meet staff and user requirements
Test, maintain, and monitor computer programs and systems, including coordinating the installation of computer programs and systems.
Develop, document and revise system design procedures, test procedures, and quality standards.
Provide training to end users for systems modifications or new systems.
Demonstrate strong problem solving and analytical skills.
Self-starter that does not need to wait for instructions; takes actions to achieve goals; proactive.
Facilitate prioritization of new IT requests.
