Technical/Functional Skills
Import/export of databases and schemas, moving large databases and performing patch management and upgrades.
RAC installation and Patching, RMAN, cloning, backup & recovery
Performing Oracle installs and creating databases. DB performance analysis, tuning, and troubleshooting.

Analysis and Design
Database as a Service
Installation and Administration
Implementing and understanding high availability techniques. Emphasis on minimal or zero down time.
Installing, Configuring and Administrating Golden Gate for Replication and Data Guard.
Proficient use of OEM.
Planning, executing or participating in IT Disaster Recovery tests using data guard.
Post production validation support.
Daily maintenance, monitoring, supporting mission critical infrastructure in a fast paced environment.
Work off-hours and provide 24x7 support in on-call rotation.
Support to be provided for "need it now" things with high priority
