Required Skills:
84 months experience working with business areas and other technical resources to understand business requirements to translate to a technical solution, document an architecture design to support the technical solution, and perform the installation and configuration of the technical solution.
84 months experience administering a Windows environment at the application layer of over 400 servers with over 9,000 users.
84 months experience troubleshooting OS configuration, Stealth COI’s and networking to support business application software (COTS and Custom) including performance tuning and log analysis.
84 months experience scripting repetitive management tasks such as Active Directory maintenance and modification.
60 months experience using a ticketing system to track and manage incidents, service requests, changes and problems
36 months experience with server and workstation maintenance using Powershell.

Responsibilities:
Act as Solution Architect to design technology solutions that meet Agency business requirements as well as ITS Enterprise Service standards and strategies.
Provide mentoring and leadership to other Revenue & Transportation Cluster, Enterprise Architecture team members;
Troubleshoot OS configuration, Stealth COI''s, storage and networking in order to support business applications;
Administer a Windows environment at the application layer of over 400 servers with over 9,000 users;
Troubleshoot issues with business application software (COTS and Custom) including performance tuning, log analysis and security;
Script repetitive management tasks such as Active Directory maintenance and modification, application data processing, and workstation and server maintenance using PowerShell;
Work with business areas to define technology/non-functional requirements and develop a architecture design, as well as perform COTS software installation and configuration;
Use a ticketing system to track and manage incidents, service requests, changes and problems.
