Job Description:
Skills and Qualifications
· Ability to maintain multiple development, quality assurance and production environments with strong experience in performance tuning and Optimization
· Demonstrated Project Management experience managing implementations of new enterprise-wide technology initiatives
· Experience managing ERP databases such as MS SQL and reports, with good experience in database concepts and design
· 5+ years in technical specialty: hardware/software configuration and troubleshooting experience
· Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
· Expert knowledge of the following product support practices and concepts: infrastructure design, full project delivery life cycle, IT service level agreements, performance monitoring, software and/or hardware setup and configurations, computer networking, technical standards and deliverables, and account management.
· Capacity to work in a rapidly changing environment, multi-task and context-switch effectively between different activities and teams
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Flexible, team player, “go getter” personality
· Ability to organize, plan, and work both as a team and independently
Education and Experience
· Undergraduate degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
· Prefer experience with medium/large size organizations in ERP or other large system implementation, configuration, maintenance, and performance
