Job Description:
One of our growing Minneapolis / St. Paul clients has a need for a *Lead* *SAP
Business Analyst (FI/CO) *to optimize the *finance and accounting
processes* through
the implementation life cycle of *the SAP FI/CO modules
*Responsibilities:*

*Partner with business partners on the design and improvement of
financial processes*
-
Gather business requirements and lead the creation of technology
solutions in the FI/CO space.

Guide business partners through *business case development* for new
applications or functionality changes - including *cost / benefit
analysis *and *risk / impact analysis

Lead, support and manage the *SAP FI/CO* team.
-
Manage the support of the *SAP FI/CO* modules - *manage ticket requests*,
prioritize and resolve issues.

Perform analysis and gather requirements for the integration with other
*SAP* modules.

Create test plans, test cases and perform functional testing.

Provide new user *training* as requested.
*Qualifications:*
-
4 year degree in computer science, business administration, engineering
or related field.

7+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst implementing and
supporting *SAP FI/CO modules (AR, AP, GL, Fixed Assets, Product
Costing, Credit Management, etc*

Deep experience and understanding of *the financial processes *and
demonstrated experience with *process improvement

Experience leading and/or managing teams

3+ full life cycle implementations of *SAP* *FI/CO *modules highly
preferred.

Experience with SAP Treasury and BPC is preferred.
