Job Title: Java Developer
Location: Alpharetta, GA 30022
Duration: 6 months (Contract – W2)
Requirements:
Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field or equivalent work experience.
6 or more years of relevant experience.
Experience in web application / solution architecture and Java/J2EE development.
Strong java/j2ee skills with hands on experience in designing and developing MicroServices using Spring Boot, Spring Cloud and Netflix OSS architecture with real world experience developing MicroServices.
Experience in hysterix, Zuul, circuit breaker, MicroServices dependency and testing exposure with solid communication skills.
Solid understanding of the performance and security aspects of distributed applications.
Experience using DevOps suite of tools such as Jira, Jenkins, and GIT/Stash is a plus.
Experience with Cloud platforms as AWS, Cloud Foundry is a plus.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for building MicroServices to serve a frontend for native android/iOS mobile application.
Collect client requirements, performs analysis, writes program specifications and develops designs for large/medium size projects.
Responsible for producing high quality deliverables in a timely fashion with measurable effectiveness.
Proactively communicates status reports and issues to manager.
