Job Description :
Job Title: Requirements Engineer (6-8 years minimum)
Work location: Flanders –NJ

Healthcare expects following skills and experience in candidate

Strong Experience in requirements management ( Understanding requirements from various stake holders, documenting the same , revising the context)
The engineer should use agile methodology where the captured requirements are documented in format of user stories .
The engineer should be able to track all related user stories as part of EPCI and in turn Feature specification.
Engineer should be able to manage backlogs for various products.
The engineer is expected to convert existing high level requirements in various formats to details level user stories
Experience of AGILE is most important as the engineer is expected to groom other Client members do the same (training user story documentation)
Client uses Team foundation server (TFS) for tracking requirements and source code and design documents. Engineer is expected to have experience in using Team foundation server (TFS) for managing requirements.
The engineer is supposed to create traceability matrix by linking requirements to design input required (DIR) and then to other related artifacts.
Client also expects the engineer to play role of scrum master in order to track the progress of user stories and manage backlog efficiently.
Plus point will be if the engineer is from healthcare background.
Experience in other agile management tools like IBM RTC JAZZ or DOORS will be plus

Requirements:

Run use case workshops and develop user stories from already developed High level requirements
Lead the user stories’ grooming sessions as per Agile methodology (Need experience here)
Understand the new process of Design Input requirements (DIR) features
Familiarity with Microsoft TFS, understand the breakdown of DIR
Overall Agile experience he/she can also do some of the SCRUM master tasks as we implement Agile planning and reporting
