Job Description :
Core skills (Must have):
Experience in working at customer location managing managers and senior executives
Responsible for on-time delivery of assigned Testing project with high-quality.
Strong online banking experience is mandatory
Experience working with distributed (off-shore & onsite) testing teams
Payments systems understanding.
Experience in working with different products (ACH, Fraud, Check processing) integration with online banking systems.
Exposure to Automation tool such as HP-UFT and Selinium,
Exposure to Performance testing tools such as Load runner, Jmeter, Silk performer.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong in STLC process, Test Strategy/Plan, Test Estimation & Text execution and project management skills.
Experience in team management, status reporting, project tracking, metrics collection and reporting, revenue forecasting, end-to-end test management.
Effective Project & People Management Skills, exposure to Knowledge Management. Solid time management and prioritization skills.
Address issues in performance, scalability and manageability in testing team efforts, adherence to quality guidelines and time lines.
Should be able to provide technical and project guidance to team members; enable the team to achieve the SLA defined.
Experience working on HP-QC & ALM
Domain Knowledge:
Hands on experience with different online banking systems.
Strong domain understanding with basic banking transactions, Payment gateways, Remote deposit capture, person to person payments, ACH, wire transfers, online statements, check images, alerts & more.
Ability to manage multiple initiatives.
Knowledge on Corporate banking.
Knowledge on any core banking products is plus.
Security protocols, business rules, fraud protection and risk assessment.
Analyzing Reports: Account statements, billing notices, log analysis etc.
Preferred skills:
Experience in Agile methodology
Domain knowledge & previous experience with Banking and Financial service.
Passion towards giving technical solutions and using different testing tools.
Online banking performance testing experience is plus.
Experience working with Database upgrades, tool upgrades and Interface testing.
Should have experience in handling multiple assignments at same time and long with other team members.
