Job Description :

Title : Peoplesoft Functional Consultant - Project Costing skilled
Location: Atlanta, GA
Duration: 6+ Months

Responsibilities

Work with associated business areas to resolve exceptions preventing normal business operations as they relate to financial software applications and business procedures

Work as a support person to take care of daily tickets

Perform in depth problem/root cause analysis of Project Costing Related issues

Develop business process documentation and configuration guides

Develop reports using database queries and associated reporting toolsets

Identify and develop practices and procedures as requested in related by business areas

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, or equivalent work experience

5+ years’ experience working with PeopleSoft 9.2 modules related to Project Costing

5+ years’ experience creating queries using PeopleSoft Query or an equivalent reporting tool

5+ years’ experience working with business users and technical staff to produce change requests

MUST have knowledge Data flow between Project Costing and other modules of PeopleSoft.

Must know all the configuration of Project Costing.

Should have excellent communication skills to interact with business on day-to-day basis.

Person should be able to resolve tickets independently at functional level

Must have experience with building test plans and test scripts

Desired

Strong knowledge of Gas Utility industry.
