Impact Analysis Update Design Documentation where needed Review Impact Analysis doc and design with DRI and get sign offCode Changes, Create Unit Test plans Unit Testing Provide Workarounds wherever possible for Critical and Major tickets till the issue is resolved Support QA Testing Deployment Release documentation Communicate at regular intervals on status of critical tickets as per the defined process Knowledge Transition to L2 teams on enhancements and update Knowledge documentation Joint planning
