Technical/Functional Skills

Must have good knowledge on US tax calculation like SS/Med and withholding tax, unemployment tax.
Should have knowledge on end to end configuration of posting of a wage type to Financial Accounting.
Must have work knowledge on Garnishment. Knowledge required on including PCR, Schema and Off-Cycle.
Should have very good work experience on Time Wage type selection Rule and new WSR creation.
Good understanding over Selection Rule, Counting Rule and all.
Should have experience on Time PCR and Schema.
Also better understand the underlying legal requirements.
Should able to evaluate customers'' business needs, contributing to the overall strategic planning of SAP PY systems.
Ability to interact with management and technical specialist and provide timely/quality advice.
Should be good in understanding the business requirements and should have ability to prepare Functional Design Documents for development of various FRICEW objects (Forms, Reports, Interface, Conversion, Enhancement and Workflows
Should be able to lead the team
To work effectively within a team environment.
Good Knowledge of ASAP Methodology

Experience Required
1. Should have exposure to other modules of SAP HCM like Organizational Management, Personnel Administration, Time Management, benefits (Health, Insurance and saving plan) and integration of other HCM modules.
2. Exposure to benefit integration with 3rd party system
3. Should have actively worked on a minimum of 1 Full life cycle implementation or support projects.

Roles & Responsibilities

Assist and guide client in all phases of project life cycle.
Handle all phases like Design, document, and implement unit, integration, and parallel test plans.
Associate should able to lead the team and should be able to work with other SAP HCM consultants as a team. Adapts best methods and procedures to create possible alternative solutions to complex problems.
The consultant will be responsible for supporting the existing HR landscape and assisting clients in configuration, development, testing, rollout and post-roll out support of SAP HCM US Payroll solutions.
As the majority of our work is performed at different sites with significant travel required, consultant must be ready to travel.
