Job Description :
?Active Directory Administration:
1. Troubleshooting of domain controller performance and replication issues
?2. Understanding of basic PowerShell commands related to Active Directory
?3. Troubleshooting experience in user related issues (account lockouts due to bad passwords)
?4. Familiar with LDAP queries
?5. ADFS/Azure AD experience a plus but not required

??Messaging Administration:
?1. ? Resolving Exchange 2013 server issues (ActiveSync, OWA connectivity, database health)?
2. Disk capacity analysis and mailbox moves
3. Database defragmentation?.?
4. Outlook ticket escalations
5. Exchange 2013 Message tracking
?6. Mail-flow issues (both internet and internal)
?7. SPAM administration (Cisco IronPort / Trustwave MailMarshal)
