Job Description :
?-Basic configurations of network switches (VLAN, ports, trunks, LACP)
-Basic troubleshooting of switches, connectivity
Need only Locals!!!!!!
-Install cables in the Santa Clara campus/data centers - both fiber and UTP
-Rack and stack equipment in cabinets
-Assist the global networking team by providing Santa Clara campus and Santa Clara data center ''smart hands'' under their guidance as needed
-Layer 1/2 troubleshooting - cabling, checking equipment LED status etc.
-Maintain a clean and orderly lab work space
-May be required to climb up ladders to install equipment like access points
-Provide standardized status reports to the manager
-Attend to help requests and provide regular updates to these requests through the help request system
-Keep an organized schedule/list of data center projects
-Maintain an orderly inventory system
-Check equipment in and out of the store
-Accept deliveries of equipment and communicate this to the team
-Prepare equipment and peripherals for shipping
