PURPOSE OF POSITION:

The Salesforce Administrator will work closely with the sales and marketing
teams to create and build functional support through the Salesforce
application, as well as handle day-to-day tasks to complete all
administrative tasks, technical needs, QA and solutions. This role will
further be responsible for data quality, preparation, validation and imports
into Salesforce, and integrations with other systems. Reports and analysis
will also be required in Tableau, and in Excel spreadsheets and graphs. This
person must have strong analytical and technical skills, understand query
logic, and be effective at organizing, interpreting, and reporting data to
management level staff. The ideal candidate will have a sales operations
background and must possess the ability to understand business requirements
and processes and build workable solutions in Salesforce.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

* Build customized solutions in Salesforce and associated systems that
support business requirements and processes.
* Work with groups to understand their business processes and
requirements.
* Translate business requirements into logical, component-based
technical designs.

* Define technical solutions in Salesforce.com to support business
work processes.
* Drive resolution of all technical support issues related to
Salesforce.com.

* Clearly communicate project status to key stakeholders throughout
entire development process when needed.
* Salesforce administration/configuration and reporting analytics for
our sales and marketing organization.

* Create reports and dashboards to provide Sales and Customer Service
KPIs for all levels of leadership; fulfill miscellaneous reporting requests.
* Design, develop and maintain complex workflows rules, validation
rules and custom workflow, etc.

* Audit, uncover and resolve data integrity issues.
* Perform mass data imports/exports using the API or various import
tools.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams of new feature technical
design, technical requirements, limitations, and implementation.
* Perform unit testing, integration testing, and performance testing
of any new application functionality.
* Analyze and mitigate issues identified during testing.
* Identify opportunities for application optimization, redesign, or
development within the Sales and Marketing teams.
* Maintain safety, security, and privacy standards throughout all
areas of responsibility.
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS FOR THE POSITION:
* 2-4 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator or Developer.
* Salesforce Certification.
* Strong analytical and technical skills.
* Must be experienced in Access and Excel, and be well versed in
database structures.
* Outstanding customer service skills and excellent oral and written
communication skills.
* Ability to think critically and synthesize complex information.
* Proactive, detail-oriented professional.
* Ability to establish priorities, work in independent and team
situations, and proceed with objectives as needed.
NON-ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
1. Experience with Tableau and Pardot strongly desired.
2. Prior experience in Automotive Retail Finance, or other related
Consumer Finance experience is a plus.
