Top notch JS developer, the key point being a Single Page App (SPA) developer.
Someone with real world experience building non-trivial apps using AngularJS, Angular, React, Vue.js, or Ember.
I don''t want someone that wrote a SPA in their spare time, "has played around with it”, or anything along those lines.

Sizable experience architecting and shipping performant customer-facing single-page JavaScript applications with such as AngularJS, Angular, React, Vue.js, or Ember
Expert-level JavaScript skills
Experience with CSS framework such as LESS, Sass, etc.
Familiarity with standard JavaScript async patterns (closures, callbacks, promises, error handling, etc
Moderate CS fundamentals and an object oriented language (think an undergrad CS degree, or similar amount of work experience)
"Self-starter"" attitude and ability to make decisions independently
Outstanding partnership skills
Ability to work through ambiguity and deal with shifting priorities
Write scalable, testable, well-documented code
