Role Description:
Implementing and enhancing modules in Service now including Asset mgmt.,
CMDB Development and deployment experience with the Service-now platform
Create the technical solutions, implements them and performs the component integration tests.
Support review and technical testing of customization for the overall functionality of SNOW modules
Performs integrations and process automation using Service Now Modules
Perform ServiceNow OOTB configuration and implementation tasks.
Work with business users to understand business requirements and implement the same
Develop and Configure integrations such as ADDM, SCCM, NNMi, or other discovery tools.
