Job Description :
Project Manager / Business Analyst
· Document business requirements (to detail sufficient enough to test using the UW guidelines – vendors should take care of functional details)
· Develop and manage the detailed project plan with critical milestones
· Work as a liaison between the vendors, business sponsor, and Client IT team
· Manage all project change and budget very tightly
· Lead/facilitate testing
· Create weekly status report
· Work with our third party to manage a task plan for building out the office operations (pc’s, office software, SharePoint);

Skills & Experience
· Project Management, Business Analysis, Quality Assurance
· Hands-on involvement with an end-to-end P&C insurance product implementation, preferably personal lines or small commercial auto especially in Policy Administration
· Strong change management – easily understand, react, and plan change to keep project on schedule
· Experience or understanding system integration with third party systems for real-time information exchange
· Strong written and oral communications; succinct and clear to communicate both with technical, business, and executive teams
· Qualities: fast paced, “driver” to push this project to closure within and aggressive timeline, our job is to deliver our dependent tasks to the vendor on time in order for them to hit their commitments
