Job Description:
This job is an Operations role. About 80% of this role is Active Directory / DNS / DHCP support
1. The expectation is to be in the Holland office Monday - Friday
2. This is a windows environment. It''s for an Operations role so supporting day to day activities. Most of the work is Microsoft Active Directory focused.
3. Operational support, some assisting Architecture and Engineering with new technologies.
Contracted position reporting to the Regional Identity and Access Management Operations Manager the Engineer will be responsible for daily management of and documentation of all key elements of client’sIdentity and Access Management infrastructure. The engineer will provide troubleshooting and consulting support. The Engineer is part of a global team which is operating with a follow-the-sun / shift model and will require being part of an on-call rotation during the week and weekends.
In addition to the daily management, the Engineer will be involved in initiatives, as project leader or technical resource in order to participate in creating and deploying new solutions, or to improve existing ones. Ensures uniformity of services, adherence to standards, and consistency of infrastructure delivery.
