Job: Microstrategy Lead
Location: Dallas, TX
Location: 12+ months
Required Skills:
Microstrategy - Should be able to design and create reports along with Admin, Architect focus. Managing Prod setup/deployments,
promotion of reports to upper environments, performance tuning. MSTR SDK integration experience . Not looking for just a report writer .
Should have 6-10 IT experience in software development, designing and implementing with major focus on Business Intelligence tools,
Data Warehousing and Database Applications
Familiar with MicroStrategy Components like Desktop, Web, Architect, Intelligence Server, Enterprise Manager, Object Manager, Command
Manager, Narrowcast Server, Mobile and MicroStrategy SDK
Experience in installation, configuration, Upgrade and monitoring of MicroStrategy Components
Experience in creating and integrating MicroStrategy reports with different objects (Attributes, Facts, Filters, Metrics, Facts, Prompts,
Hierarchies, templates, Drill Maps, links, custom groups and consolidations)
Experience with Dashboard applications, Score carding using Flash Widgets
Data modeling experience using Star and Snowflake Schema modeling as per the business requirements
Expertise in Administration tasks like creating user accounts, assigning privileges and Security Filters.
Strong knowledge and understanding of SQL and ability to write SQL queries.
Performance tuning of the MicroStrategy reports
Design and implement MicroStrategy Schema as per Data modeling
Configure Intelligent Cubes for the reports Optimization
