Vision:

Client is an established information technology full service consulting organization in business for over 22 years with a diverse customer base around United States. Technology staffing and staff augmentation remains one of our client''s core strength. Almost a decade ago, our client''s thought leadership re-defined the business model with an objective to create a full-fledged consulting organization to handle increasing customer demands in SOW, full scope project execution, and managed services. Our client has established its 3 offshore centers 12 years ago to add price competitiveness to its customers. Our client has 3 offshore centers in Hyderabad, Pune, and Noida comprising of a work force of over 400 employees. Our client has established premium partnerships with 3 major software vendors; SAP, Oracle and Microsoft. Our has built technology strengths around these software vendors and their echo systems.

Our client reached approximately $50 million in revenues through organic growth, and will continue to scale up to $100 Million in topline revenues by the end of 2019. The need is to increase our client''s platform to facilitate aggressive growth through new customer acquisition, team building, creating efficient processes and methodologies to utilize resources optimally.

Responsibilities:

As a key player of the thought leadership team, you are expected to add value by building team and acquiring new customers within and outside of our current offerings. BFSI remains a strong vertical that is not leveraged adequately as of now. A proper go to market and business plan needs to be created around BFSI to expand our strengths.

P&L Role:

As a key leader you are responsible to manage P&L and budgets that will create additional revenue buckets for the Client. These responsibilities include:
Creating pre-sales and sales processes to capture new customers and opportunities
Create and follow sustainable account penetration strategies within selected accounts
Design business model or managed services to achieve annuity revenues
Follow and enhance Customer delivery standards
Enhance and mentor offshore teams to support growth
Mentor and create leadership team members to facilitate growth thus enabling us to provide quality services
