Training and Coaching – Agile & Scrum Methodology
A direct Minneapolis, MN Client seeks a skilled trainer to assist in training and coaching of Agile & Scrum Methodology.
Client is responsible for the maintenance and enhancement of the PeopleSoft Enterprise Resource Planning solution and the Point of Sale Program. The Client has implemented and is currently on Oracle PeopleSoft version
9.2 for financial supply chain management (FSCM) application, human resource management (HCM) and enterprise learning management (ELM The goal of the training is to prepare and provide Client with guidelines on how to use
the Agile methodology in their implementation of fluid design and Interaction Hub (replacement of the PeopleSoft Employee Portal) or a similar project.
Projected Start Date: 5/1/2017
Projected End Date: 12/31/2017
A certified trainer and coach will need to work with a chosen team of employees to train them on Agile and Scrum methodology.
Required Skills:
Certified Scrum Trainer qualifications.
Subject matter expertise in implementing Scrum/Agile principles for a variety of products from web-based applications to enterprise level.
Familiarity with PeopleSoft application and software development lifecycle for PeopleSoft
Training will be onsite in Minneapolis, MN. Audiovisual capability will be provided.
List of Deliverables, e.g. what the consultant will be expected to accomplish:
Establish a training program for Client
Phase 1: Provide and train the team (including project and management team) on Agile methodology overview
Phase 2: Provide and train the project team assigned to the Interaction Hub Project.
Phase 3: Consulting / coaching hours during the Interaction Hub Project or a similar project.
Submissions should include:
Resume of Agile trainer
Three (3) references of the trainer
Course outline of an Agile overview class and duration
Course outline of an Agile fundamentals training and duration for project team of approximately 12 staff.
Recommended consulting / coaching hours and consulting hourly rate
