It will be responsible for documenting user stories, business process flows, and capturing system documentation. This position will be a key liaison between the Operations team and the Project Team and will act as a Subject Matter Expert for the Selling System. Additional responsibilities include: working with the UAT Services team in creating acceptance criteria. Reporting status to Operations Management. Skills needed include creating Powerpoint presentations, knowledge of the Agile project methodology, excellent communicator and must work well in a team environment.
