Job Description
Minimum 4-5 years of experience on Sybase with some knowledge of Unix Shell scripting.
Excellent Sybase Database programming skills (SQL queries with complex joins, Stored Procedures with nested loops and cursors, query optimization)
Understanding of Database Schema (Constraints, Index, etc along with data modeling experience.
Ability to analyze complex functional requirements and propose multiple solution approaches.
To take ownership of modules or entire application and work independently or within a team to accomplish delivery deadlines.
Experience on at least one project with involvement in all the phases of SDLC.
Knowledge of ORACLE/JAVA will be an added advantage.
Self-motivated, good interpersonal skills and inclination to constantly upgrade on new technologies and frameworks. Should be a fast-learner to scale up when required.
