Job Title : Sr. ATG Developer
Location : Dallas, TX.

Job Roles / Responsibilities:
Provide technical leadership to teams of developers providing application maintenance and support service to multiple ecommerce clients.
Ensure code development follows a prescribed work flow from issue identification through testing to completion of development.
Oversee and improve upon code management strategies to ensure consistently clean client code releases.
Working with a team of ATG developers bringing significant expertise in ATG design patterns, Java and J2EE coding and design patterns, code expertise in coding within the ecommerce space with multiple integration patterns.
Experience in Performance Tuning of ATG Applications
Understand interrelationships and the impact of systems and applications upon the enterprise wide technical environment.
Ensure application architecture standards, policies and procedures are implemented and followed.
Work with business user teams to discuss, recommend, explain, and reconcile desired functionality and technology capabilities.
Ability to think strategically and drive development strategies and tactics that produce faster turnaround on features and also world-class performance.
Design for high performance and growth in order to ensure that the application is highly scalable and can support high volumes of traffic.
Help diagnose and resolve escalated production performance and stability issues.
Five years of experience in Software Development or Programming & Analysis, including Commerce Search Platforms, such as ATG Search and/or Endeca, 3rd party system integrations, ATG and Java, J2EE, and JavaScript.
