Progressive leadership in the full life cycle of the software development environment. • Ability to provide broad and deep technical leadership and cohesive architecture approaches for strategic efforts. • Prior experience in establishing a salesforce.com Center of Excellence with emphasis on Governance, setting of Multi-Org rollout strategy, and Release and Change Management Processes • Technical depth in customer facing systems from an application, infrastructure, operations, scalability, availability, performance, people, process, and tooling perspective. • Work closely with delivery teams to define technical development guidelines and security guidelines for Salesforce based applications. • Provide guidance on master data management associated with Salesforce, including data capture, warehousing, storing, cleansing and security • Good understanding of Application Integration, mediation infrastructure, and connectivity architecture • Develop change and release management guidelines for the Salesforce application • Ability to explain complex technology decisions to both technical and non-technical audiences at all levels in the organization • Minimum of 3 years of Salesforce.com (SFDC) systems implementation experience, Salesforce.com (Technical or Platform Developer Certifications desired) • Technical Architect experience on implementation projects • Force.com platform experience, including the limitation of the platform (e.g. API and governor limits) • Experience with various capabilities offered by the platform including Workflow, Chatter, Knowledge etc. • Data Migration, SSO and web services experience involving Salesforce platform • Integrating Salesforce.com with 3rd party solutions
