HCM – SUCCESS FACTORS Architect

SAP HCM - Success Factors consultant with strong experience in SF Validated, LMS (Learning Management) and Compensation modules. It is strongly preferred that this resource has experience working in a Validated / GxP environment.

Responsibilities:

-Maintain SAP HCM and SuccessFactors application systems.
-Perform analysis, design, configuration, system testing, and implementation of HCM and related subsystems.
- Present recommendations for developing HCM as a strategic enterprise system. - - Support the HRIS, Talent Partner, Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, GxP Training, Compliance Training, Sales, Travel and Expense, Manufacturing, and Finance business users.
- Support IT Support Groups in the day-to-day operations of HCM.
- Provide technology and functional solutions to enhance efficiency of HCM applications. These solutions include development of subsystems, configuration and extension of the core application as well as development of interfaces to external systems
- Ensure Systems are running during prescribed hours and ensure data integrity of HR related data.
- Analyze, configure and implement security for HR systems
- Provide Technology Solutions to advance the Business and set technical priorities, standards and procedures and provide expertise in the area of technology, business process, application development, project quality, systems validation and training in support of SAP and Success Factors
- Advise and mentor stakeholders in the use of SAP HCM and Successfactors to meet planning and scheduling objectives and projects
-Translate business application requirements into SAP technical design, development and execution.
- Lead multi-functional project teams as necessary to deliver application requirements.
- Communicate and coordinate activities with other functional and technical areas
- Liaise and address issues as they arise within user community.
- Communicate effectively to all levels within the organization.
- Create formal work plans with timelines/milestones (obtain approval and sign-off
- Identify/assess/communicate risks planning and developing contingencies.
- Ensure all team members are aware of their specific project team responsibilities.
- Assess extended team skills; assure that all technical, functional, problem solving, decision-making, interpersonal, and teamwork skills required by project reside within team.
- Establish close working relationship with business and IT stakeholder teams; share information and communicate effectively; track team''s learning, issues and bottlenecks, including lessons learned.
