Job Description :
Responsibilities of a Human Resource Assistant:
Coordinate and send new hire on-boarding paperwork for assigned offices.
Facilitate the ordering of drug screens and background checks as necessary.
Responsible for executing client compliant on-boarding documents.
Manage the reception area and display effective telephone and email communication both internally and externally. Greet guests in a professional, friendly, and hospitable manner.
Enter candidate submittals into various Vendor Management Systems (VMS) and enter job orders into Applicant Tracking System (Company Internal Portal)
Ensure that all newly hired consultants are familiar with the time entry processes and other procedures specific to the respective VMS tool utilized by the client as required.
Responsible for the daily maintenance and updating of the in-house job boardCompany Internal Portal)
Coordinate and execute all office events, functions, and trainings.
Assist with outlook, word, excel and adobe acrobat as needed. Assist in creating documents, manuals, training guides, spreadsheets, or any other similar needs as requested.
Serve as the primary point of contact to building management and housekeeping; responsible for maintenance and cleanliness of all common office areas and conference rooms.
Maintain user manuals for guest conferencing, phone use, or computers as needed.
Order office supplies and equipment for the staff and office areas located in the assigned offices in accordance with company purchasing policies. Maintain purchasing records.
Facilitate and book company travel needs for all assigned office locations and ensure adherence to company travel policies.
Retrieve and review mail, send documents via Fedex as needed.
Deposit Checks if needed into Bank
Perform internal new hire orientations for all assigned offices.
This includes benefit overview, policy and handbook overview and new hire paperwork.
Serve as liaison between the assigned office locations and corporate office.
Notify Management of any issues needing attention as serve as the face of HR for the assigned offices.
May assist corporate IT and executive management as needed.

Requirements of a Human Resource Assistant:
5 Plus exp expereicne on below list
Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Experience in preparing paper required to file H1B, CP/ OPT, Green cards and Travel Documents.
Experience in developing templates needed that can improve efficient Human Resources Management.
High level of interpersonal skills and ability to handle sensitive and confidential situations
Knowledge of office administration procedures and ability to operate office equipment and systems
Knowledge of human resources functions is preferred
Attention to detail in composing, typing and proofing materials and establishing priorities and deadlines
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to work effectively with all types of personalities
Ability to manage multiple assignments, projects, time management and prioritization skills
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work well in a team environment
