Role: Sugar CRM Developer
Location : New York City,NY
Contract duration: 6+ Months
Visa: USC, GC, GC-EAD, H1B
- At least 8+ years of programming experience
- Experience in SugarCRM 7.X Versions
- Expert level PHP, MySQL, JavaScript (backbone.js) and SugarCRM
- Expertise in using web development tools.
- Expert level in Object Oriented Design and MVC.
- Knowledge of Linux, Apache required
- Intermediate-level DB design
- PHP, JavaScript, and web service troubleshooting skills required
- Experience with both front end and back end development
- Domain knowledge in SaaS/Cloud environments is required
- 4+ Experience in developing Applications using SugarCRM
- Experience in developing complex SugarCRM Modules
- Experience in integrating SugarCRM with other Applications
- Must have detailed understanding of SugarCRM 7 sidecar framework
- Must have view level customization experience in SugarCRM 7 sidecar framework
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Customize SugarCRM 7.x application from coding perspective, develop complex functionalities adhering SugarCRM coding standard.
- Provide detailed estimation based on WBS model.
- Allocate tasks to team members and track and monitor the development activities and report project progress on day to day basis.
- Involve actively in peer code review and guide the team members for achieving better technical competence.
- Interact with the client to create technology specifications from business requirements for modules within the project.
- Provide inputs for defining technical architecture of projects, including finalizing the DB schema, configuring the server based on application size and no of users etc.
- Improve the technical competence of the team through training & development.
