Job Description :
The ASP.NET MVC Developer will be responsible for the development and support of the client''s eCommerce initiatives. This role will interact with key technology and business partners, vendors and users to develop Front End eCommerce sites that support the objectives of the business. This role requires proven experience designing, implementing and maintaining consumer facing eCommerce websites.
Responsibilities
Develop desktop and mobile web applications incorporating best practices and standards based programming
Contribute to architecture
Implement strategies and adhere to best practices for Search Engine Optimization and vendor integration
Work with application developers to integrate web GUI with backend business applications in a 3-tier architecture
Systems and acceptance testing
Production support:
1. Problem diagnosis
2. Resolution analysis
3. Correction
4. Production installation and coordination
Required Experience & Skills:
Technical:
Proficient in ASP.NET MVC, HTML5, CSS3, jQuery, ASP.NET Web Forms, C#, WCF
Proficiency with Microsoft Visual Studio, .NET Framework 3.5+
Proficient in web page organization, standards and search optimization
Proficiency with SQL, LINQ, relational database design
Experience integrating Web Analytics tools such as Omniture, Google Analytics, etc.
