Job Description
Mandatory Skills:
Strong knowledge with web technologies (HTML/CSS, JavaScript, Xml, and Web content management systems
Minimum 5 years in continuous enterprise web development.
At least 2-3 years of experience with assistive technologies (JAWS, VoiceOver, Dragon NaturallySpeaking
Strong knowledge and experience with WCAG 2.0 accessibility standards and guidelines.
Expert on designing Single Page Applications (SPA) with mobile first approach.
Demonstrated ability to effectively and independently lead projects to completion.
Experience with accessibility audit and quality assurance tools and processes.
Good organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of disability law including but not limited to the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act (Section 504
Preferred Skills:
At least 5 – 7 years of experience in software development life cycle
At least 5 - 7 years of experience in translating functional/non-functional requirements to system requirements.
Ability to work in team environment and client interfacing skills. Ideal candidate should be able to focus on critical issues and provide feedback on assignments quickly and accurately.
Ability to efficiently interact with onsite and off-shore teams.
Roles and Responsibilities:
The Ideal candidate should possess the above required skills to manage the client expectations and interact with onsite and offshore teams.
To write front end use cases using above tech stack to meet critical business requirements.
To resolve existing front end issues. Ideal candidate should own assignments and see thru completion and execution.
To have very good exposure to UI and good communication and interpersonal skills.
