Job Description :
QA/Deployment Lead EngineerLocation – Oxford, Ohio - Duration – 6-12 months

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Our client is looking for a QA/Deployment Lead Engineer to assist in their efforts to migrate several PHP and Cold Fusion applications from PHP version 5 to PHP Version 7 and the deployment and QA of those applications as they go live.


Experience with PHP, Laravel and QA is required.


Required skills:
Expert knowledge of Laravel (including how Laravel works in order to perform Miami specific integrations with existing services)
Expert knowledge of Jenkins for automated testing/build/deployment tasks (Jenkins 2, build slaves/Docker)
Knowledge of the PHP language (PHP 5.x and 7)
Ability to work with a team
Good oral and written communication skills

Preferred skills:
Familiarity with ColdFusion (for porting applications to PHP)
Using git with Jenkins workflows
