Job Description :
Role: Oracle Financial Support Analyst
Work Location: Menlo Park, CA & Austin, TX
Duration: 6+ Months (Possible Extension)

Responsibilities:
Supporting, providing subject matter expertise, and configuring Oracle Application modules in the source-to-pay and record-to-report tracks.

This includes the following modules:
Fixed Assets
General Ledger
Advanced Global Intercompany Systems (AGIS) Period End Close processes Cash Management Good understanding of Procurement and Payables applications.
Triage and disposition production support tickets effectively, accurately and efficiently Responsible for application support and configuration of a single application.
Work on enhancements and small projects to improve the product and end user experience Excellent understanding of EBS data model, write complex SQL queries and perform data analysis to discover and fix underlying causes of bugs Participate in source control and code review process.
Ability to understand end to end business processes and support users from a process perspective.
Communicate effectively with internal customers, enabling informed decision making within the team.
Track key application metrics for production support and application usage.
Deliver clear documentation and work directly with vendor support for escalations.
Analyze issues of moderate complexity; addressing configuration, implementation, and function or process fails.
Develop and maintain a well-coordinated relationship with business users.
Support all business readiness activities including end user training, product testing and roll-out.

Requirements:
Bachelor''s Degree in Computer Science, Business, Accounting or equivalent work experience
Excellent understanding of Financial accounting and business processes Ability to communicate with business teams at all levels Ability to troubleshoot, resolve and communicate with business users independently Minimum 5+ years of experience in Oracle EBS Application design and development
2+ full cycles of designing and implementing solutions in the following application modules:
Fixed Assets
PO & Accounts Payable
General Ledger
Advanced Global Intercompany Systems (AGIS) Experience working with Oracle Asset tracking (OAT) application.
5+ year’s experience with EBS data models with SQL and PL/SQL experience to write queries, perform data analysis and fixing existing codes.
5+ year’s experience in Record-to-Report and Source-to-Pay business processes with experience in developing process maturity models.
Ability to work proficiently with minimal daily guidance.
